I had a holes in my liner, came right up and patched. Noticed still leaking, came right back next day on a Saturday afternoon was determined to find the leak and did. Awesome customer service !!!!! Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Jason I believe last night as I called frantically trying to find help with my liner that has a tear in it. Even though he was extremely busy he took the time to listen to my concerns, give me advice and refer a reputable person to me. You don't find people like this that actually listens and want to help despite their busy schedule. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of pool services!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring CT Pool and Repair for a liner replacement in my 15x30 above-ground pool, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and efficient.
First off, their team was incredibly prompt, arriving right on time as scheduled. With a 5-man crew, they tackled the job with remarkable speed and precision, completing it in just 3 hours. Not only were they quick, but they were also extremely polite and friendly throughout the process.
One thing that really stood out to me was their professionalism and expertise. It was evident that they knew exactly what they were doing, handling every aspect of the replacement with skill and confidence. Additionally, they took great care to clean up after themselves, leaving my pool area spotless once the job was done.

Can’t say enough about the service an overall experience that we had with Jason & Tyler . We reached out prior to the Holiday weekend and to our surprise he arrived the next day. Was very easy to speak with and obviously was more than willing to take on our pool job.Immediately confirmed that the parts needed where available and stated he would do his best to get back before the end of the weekend . Initial inspection of our problem was Thursday evening and he returned the very next day to complete the job . While the amazing Duo was here they also connected the pump for us .During the entire time it was obvious that we had made the right choice . What a pleasure to have a company that loves what they do and are good at it . Fixed on a Friday swimming on a Saturday ! Thanks for the great service . Would highly recommend .

When we moved in we inherited a lovely above ground pool with the house. I've had the guys at Connecticut Pool and Repair help show me how to take care of my pool with our equipment, open & close (and just plain having them close it is better/easier).
This year we unfortunately needed a new liner. They did an amazing job. Better and cheaper than I expected! One thing I appreciate is honest, solid work for a fair price.
If you need a new pool, or any service etc for your existing....these are your guys.

Jason is amazing! I purchased a home and the home came with a pool. I knew nothing about pools. Jason was very informative and made sure I understood what he was doing and why it is important to do the things he taught. He comes out right away and stays until the job is complete, and he even worked in the pouring rain! He will also walk you through things over the phone if necessary. Very patient especially with a first time pool owner such as my family and I. I would definitely recommend Jason and his team for your pool needs. THANKS JASON!

Just moved in to my new home and needed the pool closed. Jason came by walked me through a few things then him and his team came back, answered all my questions, and explained everything they were doing. Great customer service and they were all very nice! Couldn't have asked for better.

Jason and his crew are amazing at what they do! Highly recommend! We had a small hole in the wall of our above ground pool appear out of nowhere. The company we purchased the pool from refused to help repair it. I called Jason and not only did he pick up when I called, they were able to come fix the hole, install a new liner and close the pool for the season even though we were a bit farther away than his usual customers. Amazingly thorough and experienced, walked me through each step so we knew what was being done. Definitely call him if you have any kind of pool issue, or need someone to open/close/install an above ground pool.
